Custom Discord Bots
  • Game owners paste their own bot token in Server tools → My bot and run a bot with their own name and picture
  • Slash commands: /ban /tempban /kick /warn /mute /unban /lookup /appeal /staff /status
  • Appeals posted in your channel with Approve & unban / Approve / Deny buttons
  • Bans and unbans synced to your Discord server, staff and player DMs, and a mod log channel
  • If your bot goes offline, the QuickPanel bot covers DMs and ban sync as a backup
  • Included with the paid plans
🔒 Security
Your Token Stays Safe
  • Encrypted when saved, never shown again, and never written to logs
  • Only the game owner can connect, replace or remove it, and it asks for your password
  • Invite link grants only View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links and Ban Members
  • One bot per game, so tokens are never shared between servers
  • Staff use the commands by adding their Discord ID to their QuickPanel profile

Set It Up in 2 Minutes
  • Discord Developer Portal → New Application, then Bot → Reset Token and copy it (leave Privileged Intents off)
  • In QuickPanel open Server tools → My bot, paste the token and press Connect
  • Press Invite bot to a server and choose your Discord server
  • Optional: add a mod log channel and press Save & send a test
